This website, atuldairy.com, is operated by Atul Dairy, Suraksha Vihar Tiraha, Melrose, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh - 202001. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Your account

To place an order you sign in with your Google account or with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email address. Please give accurate name, contact and address details, and keep access to your Google account and email secure — orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are the final price payable for the product. Any delivery charge is shown separately at checkout.
• The price charged is the price shown when you place the order. Prices can change from time to time without notice.
• Product photos are for illustration. Natural products like milk, paneer and ghee can vary slightly in colour and texture.
• Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund or remove that item.

Orders

An order is confirmed once it is placed successfully — for online payment, once the payment succeeds. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, the order details look incorrect, or we suspect misuse. Any payment for such an order is refunded in full.

Payment

You can pay by Cash on Delivery, or online by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited, and are also subject to Razorpay’s terms. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login details.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery areas, timings and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, the freshness guarantee and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Storage and use

Dairy products are perishable. Please refrigerate them promptly after delivery and use them within the period printed on the pack or advised by us. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
