Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to homes within Aligarh city, Uttar Pradesh, using our own delivery staff. We do not ship by courier or outside Aligarh.

We deliver only to pincodes 202001 and 202002, and checkout offers just these two. If your address turns out to be outside our delivery area, we will call you before dispatch — and if we can’t deliver, the order is cancelled and any online payment is refunded in full.

Delivery time

• Daily delivery is carried out between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
• Orders placed after 9:00 PM go out with the next day’s delivery.
• Heavy rain, strikes, road closures or other events outside our control can delay a delivery. If that happens we will inform you by phone or WhatsApp.

Delivery charges

• A small delivery charge applies to orders below our free-delivery amount.
• Orders at or above the free-delivery amount are delivered free.
• The current delivery charge and free-delivery amount are shown in your basket, and the charge, if any, is shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.

Tracking and receiving your order

You can follow your order’s status (placed, confirmed, out for delivery, delivered) under My Account → My Orders. Please make sure someone can receive the order, and keep your phone reachable so our delivery staff can contact you.

For Cash on Delivery orders, please pay the delivery person when you receive your order.

If we can’t reach you or deliver after trying, we will contact you to arrange another delivery or cancel the order. Because dairy products are perishable, we can’t hold an undelivered order for later.
