Privacy Policy

Atul Dairy (“we”), Suraksha Vihar Tiraha, Melrose, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh - 202001, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through atuldairy.com and the Atul Dairy Android app, how we use it, and the choices you have. The website and the app share one account, so the same policy covers both.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email address, used to sign in with Google or a one-time password (OTP), and the mobile number from your latest order. If you sign in with Google, we keep only your name, email address and Google account ID — we never get your Google password, emails or other data.
• Delivery details: your delivery addresses, landmark and pincode, and — only if you choose to share it — your location pin, so we can find your home.
• Order details: the products you order, amounts, payment method, payment status and delivery status.
• Payment reference: for online payments, the payment and order IDs from Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login details — those are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Notification token: only if you turn on notifications in the app, a token from your phone that lets us send you order and milk-plan updates. It is deleted when you turn notifications off, sign out of that phone or delete your account.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To prepare, deliver and collect payment for your orders.
• To send you order updates by SMS, email, WhatsApp or app notification, and to answer your questions.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to run the service:

• Our delivery staff — your name, phone number, address and the items in your order, to deliver it.
• Razorpay — to process online payments and refunds.
• Google — to let you sign in with your Google account, if you choose to.
• Message Central and Resend — to deliver login codes and order updates by SMS and email.
• Cloudflare — which hosts our website and stores its data securely.
• Government authorities, if required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your shopping cart and your sign-in session on your own device so you stay signed in; signing out removes the session.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it is in use, and order and payment records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

Your choices

You can see your account details and orders under My Account. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account, contact us on 7055573444 or at care@atuldairy.com. We will respond within 30 days; some order records may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Security

The website uses HTTPS encryption, sign-in uses one-time passwords, and access to order data is restricted to our staff.
